The Little Ninjas Karate Program is an introductory karate class specifically designed for children ages 4 and 5. It focuses on teaching children 8 important main life skills: Focus, Memory, Teamwork, Discipline, Self-Control, Fitness, Balance, and Coordination. All this is achieved through exciting and fun games and activities! Wear loose fitting clothes.A responsible adult must remain in attendance during class.
Come join the fun as you learn about forces and the machines that help us against those forces. We will be designing, building, and testing different machines such as catapults, roller coasters, and car racers. We will brainstorm on how we can make our machines work better.
This active, multi-level yoga class is taught in a flow style format. Yoga improves posture & balance, develops body awareness, increases strength & flexibility & relieves stress. Learn to relax, focus & breathe. This class will incorporate a gentle flow of movement & breath with a focus on form & body awareness. Each class will end with a guided meditation & relaxation.

This class is a gentle, mostly seated yoga practice focused on breathing, gentle stretching, balance, and strength. This class is more conducive to those who may have balance or flexibility limitations.
Martial arts training for children and adults that teaches Chinese Kung Fu basics (stances, strikes, blocks, kicks, and how to fall and roll safely), form and application, practical self-defense and weapons training. We help students develop physically and mentally, we build self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-discipline. We teach in a traditional environment that allows students to learn at their own pace.
Learn the beautiful Chinese art of Tai Chi Chuan. The class offers a blend of training for the body, mind and spirit for students ages 14 and above - but focusing on our senior citizens. The class will include instruction in the Tai Chi form, Chi Kung (internal energy skill), meditation, and practical application and self-defense. Tai Chi will increase your fitness, health, stamina, and flexibility, regardless of your experience or level of fitness. Help build your internal energy with the power of Tai Chi!
