The Little Ninjas Karate Program is an introductory karate class specifically designed for children ages 4 and 5. It focuses on teaching children 8 important main life skills: Focus, Memory, Teamwork, Discipline, Self-Control, Fitness, Balance, and Coordination. All this is achieved through exciting and fun games and activities! Wear loose fitting clothes.A responsible adult must remain in attendance during class.

Is a non-instructional class for individuals above the age of 18 years old. This is lap style swimming for a variety of skill levels. Add cardio work to your exercise regimen, train for a triathlon, exercise or socialize with a friend. Three (3) levels of workouts are provide at each session to accommodate a range of abilities. Focus on flexibility, muscular strength, endurance as well as cardiovascular conditioning. Class uses water weights but not supplied nor required.Water Kickboxing45 minutes 18+ *25 per classWater kickboxing is designed to introduce you to a fun and different way to fit cardio in to your workout regimen. This class combines the resistance of the water with kick boxing skills such as jabs, punches and kicking. Class uses water weights but not supplied nor required. Notify your instructor before entering the water if you do not feel comfortable entering deep water.Water Walking45 minutes 18+ *25 per classWater walking is an excellent aerobic activity which is easy on your joints yet still helps you burn a tremendous amount of calories. Water walking can be done in both shallow and deep end water. Continuation class. Parent accompanies child in water to become more independent in water activities. Child will learn to hold and move along the all by self, explore using swim equipment, increase arm/leg movement through water. Swim diapers are required.
Students must be completely independent and comfortable climbing in pool by self and holding on the wall without a parent. Parent required to stay in balcony during class. Class introduces saftey rules, blowing bubbles, going under the water, arm/leg action to move through the water with support from instructor and equipment.
